Job description
- Candidates can manage several early year child care programs in our company.
- They Develop and review the organizational vision and philosophy for our company.
- They have directed and supported Lead ECEs and ECEs in implementing UBC Okanagan CCS vision philosophy.
- Candidates can works directly with each center in creating and implementing center specific.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have a child care team in the skills of communication.
- They have to experience Early Childhood Education leadership is essential.
- They have knowledge of early years pedagogy.
- Candidates should demonstrate leadership ability to do our job.
- They have effective oral and written communication skills for this job.
Work setting
- Candidates must have managed, monitored and evaluated center environments.
- They have to protect and respect the rights of children.
- They listen and respond to staff concerns.
