Job Description
- Candidates are appointed to collect relevant information on trends and issues working at this post.

- They’re also appointed to contribute to the development of program tools and processes.
- Candidates working at this post are appointed to conduct outreach to promote departmental priority programs and initiatives.

Job requirement
- They must attain a dedicated secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain experience providing services to clients.
- They must attain dedicated experience leading projects or initiatives.
- A dedicated diploma or degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in a field relevant to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain dedicated experience developing operational tools, presentations, work processes or documents such as guides, toolkits or templates.
- They must have dedicated experience developing or modernizing working tools.
Work setting
- They must attain the willingness and ability to work overtime occasionally with short notice to be eligible for this post.
