Job Description
- Applicants must be able to sell postal products and services to the business community and public to be eligible for this post.
- They must be able to sort, distribute and process mail into appropriate classifications.
- Candidates are also accountable for providing customers with information and forms working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have completed high school or provincial equivalency and experience in business administration
- They must have completed training and must attain experience interacting with the public in a retail and service environment to be preferred for this post.
Work setting
- People applying for this post require an understanding of general or post office accounting systems.
- Candidates must be physically fit to lift mail containers of up to 50 lb, push or pull boxes, sort mail and stand for extended periods.
- They must attain the flexibility to be available for temporary, on-call work to get preferred for this post.
