Job Description
- Candidates working at this post are required for clerical Organization, filing prescriptions, invoices, reports, correspondence and memos and complete any administrative support functions assigned applied for this post.
- They’re appointed at this post to assist with OTC Operations and ordering, stocking, and cashier duties as assigned by the OTC Manager and/or Pharmacist.
- People appointed at this post are required to perform Computer Functions as directed by the Pharmacist, i.e. Data Entry, Price Check, Patient Information Entry, Competent interpretation and processing of written prescriptions.
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to participate in all aspects of Pharmacy Operations required of a team player.
- Candidates who are appointed at this post for general housekeeping, stocking Prescription filling supplies, keeping the dispensary clean, organized and neat, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment as part of the team approach working at this post.
Work setting
- Candidates who applied for this post are required to maintain & clean packaging & dispensing equipment, computers, fax machines, etc working at this post.
- They’re appointed at this post and are required to maintain Inventory Control and assist Pharmacists in maintaining appropriate stock levels of drugs and supplies applied for this post.
