Job description
- Candidates will work with staging partners to review show priorities and discuss set plan information.
- Candidates have to work with Scenic Design Associates to ensure vision is implemented.
- They visually merchandise all products in a clear and enticing manner.
- They will work with the planning department on scripting challenges and necessary scripting adjustments.
- Candidates work with Showroom staff to check shows in advance.
- They assist the host and guest as necessary with product, supplies and props.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have a diploma in Broadcast Production, Visual Presentation.
- They must have a minimum 2 years’ experience in Broadcast, Visual Merchandising or Theatre production.
- They must have experience working with models and talent.
- They must have the ability to work in high pressure situations.
- They must have the ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift.
Work setting
- Candidates must have detail oriented and excellent time management skills.
- They must have the ability to work quickly and effectively in a team environment despite obstacles.
- They must have knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office as an asset.
- They must have a flexible schedule, available to work with short notice, on holidays.
- They must have creative ability and knowledge of display techniques & composition basics are required.
