Job Description
- Candidates are appointed to monitor all invoices to ensure they are paid timely through Corporate.
- They’re also appointed to work with all law firms as new files are assigned to them to open matter IDs and set up proper billing in Passport.
- Candidates are also appointed to work with external lawyers to file necessary responses and documentation.
- They’re also appointed to maintain files at Iron Mountain and arrange for the destruction of files as per UPS Record Retention guidelines.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain strong communication abilities including written and oral presentation skills to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain dedicated working experience in project management;
- Candidates must attain the ability to task and manage projects at the same time.
- They must attain Outstanding time-management skills specifically in the areas of planning, and organization skills.
- Candidates must have superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work setting
- They must attain excellent Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to be eligible for this post.
