Job Description
- The candidate must compile orders and instructions received from customers.
- The candidate must organize tasks to accomplish the work.
- The candidate must oversee operational logistics of the organization.
- The candidate must plan and organize operational logistics of the organization.
- The candidate must revise the type and quantity of materials required sent for production, construction, and other projects.
- The candidate must track and complete work orders.
- The candidate must monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments.
- The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
- The candidate must arrange for maintenance and repair work.
- The candidate must ensure the proper functioning of equipment.
- The candidate must maintain work records and logs.
- The candidate must organize the warehouse and work areas.
- The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- The candidate must co-ordinate the traffic flow of supplies.
- The candidate must coordinate, assign, and review work.
- The candidate must request or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- The candidate must keep track of shipments.
- The candidate must schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
- The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
