Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in French Language.
  • There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
  • Previous experience is not mandatory.
  • The candidate will be required to operate metal and plastic molding and casting machines
  • The candidate will be required to mold and cast metal or thermoplastic parts.
  • The candidate must design and develop new moulds, moulding processes, techniques, and processes.
  • The candidate will be required to repair and maintain machines.
  • The candidate must eliminate the production of defective parts and products.
  • The candidate will be required to cut off excess material.
  • The candidate will be required to weigh resins, colorants and other chemicals according to formula
  • The candidate will be required to place weighed materials in mixing machine and operate machine to blend plastic and other chemicals to a specified consistency or viscosity
  • The candidate would be in charge of monitoring the operation, regulating material supply, and adding chemicals and colourants to the mixture.
  • The candidate would be in charge of operating controls to regulate temperature, speed, and other processing parameters.
  • The candidate would be in charge of unloading the mixture into a container or onto a conveyor for further processing.
  • The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and performing minor repairs on machinery as needed.
  • The candidate will be required to set up and operate calendering machines which transform dough-consistent plastic mass into continuous sheets or films of specified thickness
  • The candidate must troubleshoot, maintain, and make minor repairs to equipment, as well as adjust calender rollers for production line changes.
  • The candidate will be required to set up and operate one or more extruding machines which extrude plastic composites products through a nozzle or die
  • The candidate will be required to change dies on extruding machines in response to changes in the production line.
  • The candidate will be required to set up and operate one or more moulding machines which mould plastic products according to specifications
  • The candidate would be in charge of changing moulds and adjusting equipment in preparation for a production line change.
  • The candidate must use a formulation card to mix ingredient batches for the injection moulding process.
  • The candidate will be expected to keep track of the material’s quality and adjust machine settings as required.
  • The candidate will be expected to keep an inventory of materials and to keep the work area clean.
  • The candidate should have a thorough Criminal record check.
  • The candidate should be punctual.
  • The candidate should be accountable.
