Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are required to open and close the store following the opening and closing procedures.
- They’re also required to review and interpret daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate teams to drive business results working at this post.

Job requirement

- They must have 1 year of retail/sales leadership experience, like supervisor or people management, to be eligible for this post.
- They must have 1 year of retail or customer experience, e.g., guest resolution and navigating difficult conversations, to be considered as an asset for this post.
- They must attain some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others to be eligible for this post.
