Job Description
- The candidate must access and process information.
- The candidate will be expected to respond to customer complaints or concerns.
- The candidate will be expected to respond to customer inquiries and provide information.
- The candidate will be expected to arrange for billing for services.
- The candidate must make arrangements for refunds and credits.
- The candidate must explain the type and cost of services provided.
- The candidate must issue receipts and other forms.
- The candidate must maintain records and statistics.
- The candidate must perform general office duties.
- The candidate will be responsible for receiving and logging complaints.
- The candidate must sell merchandise.
- The candidate will be expected to advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies.
- The candidate will be required to serve as an organization’s spokesperson.
- The candidate must initiate and maintain contact with the media.
- The candidate will be expected to consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support.
- The candidate will be responsible for responding to client inquiries and providing information.
- The candidate must respond to written and oral questions.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating communication strategies and programs.
- The candidate must gather, research, and prepare communications materials.
- The candidate must prepare or oversee the preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, website content, and press releases.
- The candidate must write and edit press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials.
- The candidate must explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients.
- The candidate will be expected to assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
- Training will be provided to the selected candidate.

- The candidate must be willing to work in a remote location.
- The candidate must work in a market research firm, an Internet/Web services company, a business, a private company, corporation, or industry, and an advertising, marketing, and public relations agency.
Experience and specialization
Computer and technology knowledge
- The candidate must be familiar with MS Outlook, MS Windows, Information technology, MS Office, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media.
Area of work experience
- The candidate must have prior experience in the marketing field.
Area of specialization
- The candidate must be skilled in advertising and interactive/new media.
Sales experience
- The candidate must have prior experience working in a call centre.
