Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for performing administrative and office activities.
  • The candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing the delivery of specific services within the community.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate must be bilingual.
  • The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a one —to two-year program.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.
  • The candidate must have a Behaviour Management Certification, Emergency child care first aid and CPR Certification, HIGH FIVE training (principles of healthy child development) Certification, Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Certificate and CPR Certificate.
  • The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
  • The candidate should be client-focused.
  • The candidate must be capable of acting on their own initiative.
  • The candidate should be a good team player.
  • The candidate must be well-organized.

  • The work site environment focused on socio-economic needs or conditions such as housing, nutrition, unemployment, financial assistance, and early intervention programming for at-risk youth.

  • The candidate should work in a community agency to help build an inclusive environment that makes residents feel integrated and empowered.
  • The candidate should work in before and after-school programs to provide a safe, fun environment for all students to participate in academic, leisure, and recreational activities outside the traditional school day.
