Job Description

  • The candidate will be expected to work with smaller clients, prospects, territories, issues, and relationships.
  • The candidate will be expected to develop solutions and make recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs.
  • The candidate will be expected to establish effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The candidate will be responsible for ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • The candidate will be expected to create, maintain, and implement a business plan, including sales strategies, in order to meet sales targets and acquire new clients.
  • The candidate will be required to attend industry and intermediary events in order to expand their market presence.
  • The candidate will be expected to organise and arrange regular conference calls and presentations, either independently or in collaboration with portfolio managers, to promote new strategies.
  • The candidate will be expected to contribute to product development and marketing in order to help the company grow overall.
  • The candidate will be expected to break down strategic problems and analyse data and information in order to provide insights and recommendations.
  • The candidate will be expected to monitor and track performance as well as address any issues that arise.
  • The candidate will be expected to assist in the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The candidate will be expected to assist in determining business priorities and the best sequence for executing business/group strategy.
  • The candidate will be expected to conduct independent analysis and evaluation in order to resolve strategic issues.
  • The candidate must demonstrate effective and timely use of the customer relationship management system as well as the expense reporting system.
  • The candidate must follow all compliance, regulatory, and legal guidelines.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English and French languages.
  • The candidate must hold a post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry.
