Job requirement
- Candidates must acquire strong troubleshooting and time management skills to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain the ability to make safe/sound decisions while following documented policies/procedures to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates for this post must have a mature approach to work by taking ownership and responsibility if stressful situations should arise.
- They’re also required at this post to ensure the possession of an Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License working at this post.
- Candidates for this post must have proven technical aptitude with a minimum of 2 years experience or endorsed on Boeing 737 or 787 and Q400, or an equivalent type of aircraft to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain the ability to recognize one’s mistakes and learn from them to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates for this post must have an excellent ability to multitask & handle changing priorities under extreme pressure along with excellent communication and organizational skills to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants for this post must have strong computer skills using various Maintenance programs and Microsoft Office Applications.
Work setting
- Candidates at this post must be medically fit to wear all safety equipment including respirator apparatus and must be able to obtain an Airport Restricted Area Pass issued by Transport Canada to be eligible for this post.
- They must be able to obtain a Driver’s Airside License along with the flexibility to work shift work and overtime to get preferred for this post.
