Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for daily operations.
- The candidate must negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies.
- The candidate must negotiate with clients for the use of facilities.
- The candidate will be responsible for preparing budgets as well as monitoring revenue and expenses.
- The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing maintenance activities.
- The candidate will be responsible for addressing customer complaints or concerns.
- The candidate must establish work schedules.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
Work setting
- The candidate should work in a hotel, motel, or resort with additional sports and leisure facilities framed in a natural environment that attracts visitors beyond the room.
