Job Description
- Candidates working at this post are appointed to coach and teach Lean practices to the organization through war room design and operation, command centre, obeys, kaizens, etc.
- They’re also appointed to create visual displays of data to help others understand complicated concepts more easily.
- Candidates are appointed at this post to assist in the development of Lean tools and templates for use in various Lean initiative workshops.
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to schedule and coordinate training events, prepare and organize training materials, and assist with event facilitation.
- They’re also required to create the foundations, requirements, and MVP for processes that can be automated and digitized by the Digital Delivery team.
Job requirement
- They must have a dedicated bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience to be eligible for this post.
- They must be Lean/six sigma black Belt or other advanced Lean certifications to be eligible for this post.
- They must have 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience leading & supporting continuous improvement opportunities in a complex environment.
- They must have dedicated experience facilitating Lean training using simulations and hands-on real-world examples.
- Candidates must have strong knowledge & hands-on experience with Lean concepts, practices & methodologies such as Kaizen, VSM, Value-Added Analysis, and Visual Management.
- Candidates must have experience facilitating Kaizen events and can show demonstrated success from these events.
- Candidates must have exceptional facilitation skills with a specific focus on coaching stakeholders of various levels on problem-solving using Lean thinking.
- Candidates must have strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to positively influence the behaviour and performance of peers and leaders.
