Job Description 

  • People who have applied for this post are required to assist in the identification and prioritization of training needs for RCMP Support Services staff, in conjunction with relevant unit managers working at this post.
  • They’re also appointed at this post to determine the appropriate method to deliver training and manage the development and maintenance, of course, training standards, materials and syllabus applied for this post.
  • Candidates are also appointed to communicate and promote training opportunities to other police agencies working at this post.
  • They’re also required at this post to coordinate the delivery of training to outside agencies on a contractual basis working at this post.

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree along with 5 years of related experience to be eligible for this post.
  •  Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory and management role to be preferred for this post.
  •  Candidates must have a combination of education and experience along with strong leadership, communication, planning, and organization skills to be eligible for this post.
  •  Candidates must have dedicated knowledge of standard RCMP computer software and systems and operating procedures to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates must have prior knowledge of best practices in corporate Training and Development and fundamental Adult Learning principles to be preferred for this post.
