Job Description
- Candidates appointed at this post are appointed to receive merchandise, utilizes equipment appropriately and monitors for repair, administers required paperwork, logs and other documentation.
- They’re also appointed to participates in the recruitment, selection, training and development of all Produce Associates.
- They’re required to leads by example greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner and assists by promoting products, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions.
- Candidates are also appointed to complete all aspects of the Produce Store Within A Store planning, attend SWAS meetings to review SWAS Reports for food products, orders and sales information and ensure in-stock.
- They’re also appointed to ensure proper handling of claims and returns, secures merchandise, identifies high shrink items and maintains a safe work environment as per Company policies and procedures.
- Candidates working at this post are appointed to complete and maintain required paperwork, such as Inventory Tracking Reports, throwaway record sheets, invoices, and assignment notes.
