Job Description
- At staff meetings, the candidate will be expected to discuss the progress and problems of children.
- The candidate will be expected to assist early childhood educators in carrying out programmes that promote children’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
- The candidate will be expected to engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs, and preparing crafts.
- The candidate will be expected to prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
- The candidate will be required to submit written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Previous experience is not mandatory.
- The candidate should be flexible in nature.
- The candidate should be a good team player with enough interpersonal and judge-mental skills.
- The candidate must be interpersonally aware.
- The candidate should be dependable.
