Job Description

  • The candidate will be expected to access and process data.
  • The candidate will be expected to respond to customer complaints or concerns.
  • The candidate will be expected to respond to customer inquiries and provide information.
  • The candidate will be expected to set up billing for services.
  • The candidate must make arrangements for refunds and credits.
  • The candidate must explain the type and cost of services provided.
  • The candidate will be required to issue receipts and other forms.
  • The candidate will be expected to keep records and statistics.
  • The candidate will be expected to order office supplies and keep inventory.
  • The candidate will be expected to carry out general office duties.
  • The candidate will be responsible for receiving and logging complaints.
  • The candidate will be required to receive credit and employment applications.
  • The candidate will be expected to accept payments.
  • The candidate will be required to sell merchandise.
  • The candidate will be required to enter data.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a related industry.

Experience and specialization

Computer and technology knowledge

  • The candidate must be familiar with the Internet, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Quick Books, and a computerised bookkeeping system.

  • The candidate must be skilled in manual bookkeeping and accounting.
