Job Description

  • The candidate will be in charge of hiring, training, directing, and motivating employees.
  • The candidate must develop policies and procedures for evaluating credit and loan applications.
  • The candidate will be in charge of supervising the preparation of reports.
  • The candidate will be expected to provide advice to senior management.
  • The candidate will be responsible for planning, organising, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
  • The candidate will be expected to train, direct, and motivate employees.
  • The candidate will be in charge of leading/instructing groups.
  • The candidate will be expected to create risk management plans.
  • The candidate will be expected to create and implement police procedures and policies.
  • The candidate must assess business opportunities and develop strategies.
  • The candidate will be required to analyse financial documents and reports.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare reports.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a related industry.
  • The candidate must be able to supervise 5 to 10 people.
  • The candidate should be accurate.
  • The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
  • The candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • The candidate should have good judgemental skills.
  • The candidate must be well-organized.
  • The candidate should give importance to values and ethics.
