Job Description
- Candidates working at this post are required to assist with researching crafts, activities, and demonstrations.
- Candidates are also appointed to interpret local history and lead guided tours of the site working at this post.
- Applicants who applied for this post are required to oversee crafts and activities during special events.
- They’re also appointed to support the site’s Summer Day Camp programs working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have a completion of Grade 10, supplemented by some relevant experience or an equivalent acceptable combination of training and experience to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have Current Emergency First Aid and CPR certificates or are willing to obtain them before starting to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have previous experience working with children and the public and delivering programs to preschool and child audiences to be eligible for this post.
- They must have dedicated experience in a heritage facility setting to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
- Students who have applied for this post must be enrolled in Museum Studies, History, Anthropology, Archaeology or Education and will be suited to these positions to be eligible for this post.
