Responsibilities

• The aspirant should demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to the cooking staff.
• Job seekers will instruct cooks in preparing, cooking, garnishing and presenting food.
• The applicant must prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events like banquets.
• The applicant must supervise cooks and other kitchen staff.
• The applicant should prepare and cook food regularly or for special guests or functions, which helps choose the best ingredients technique and create delicious meals.
• The applicant must requisition of food and kitchen supplies
• The candidate must plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards.
• The job seeker should prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances and allow customers to filter out foods by their allergy.
• The job seeker should train staff in preparing, cooking and handling food and good food safety practices.
