Job Description

  • The candidate will be expected to create work schedules and procedures.
  • The candidate must coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • The candidate will be responsible for scheduling maintenance and repair work.
  • The candidate will be expected to solve work-related issues.
  • The candidate will be expected to plan, assign, and review work.
  • The candidate will be expected to enforce policies and procedures.
  • The candidate will be expected to receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
  • The candidate must be able to supervise 5 to 10 people.
  • The candidate must supervise purchasing and inventory clerks, as well as transportation route and crew schedulers.
  • The candidate will be expected to supervise employees in a variety of areas of responsibility.
  • The candidate must be able to handle weight up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • The candidate should be accurate.
  • The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
  • The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • The candidate should be organised and flexible in nature.
  • The candidate should be reliable.
  • The candidate should be a good team player.
  • The candidate must be able to multitask.

  • The candidate will be required to work in a warehouse.

Experience and specialization

Computer and technology knowledge

  • The candidate must be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Windows.

Type of inspection and investigation

  • The type of inspection and investigation is for hazardous product handling and storage.

Area of work experience

  • The candidate must have work experience in occupational health and safety.
