Job requirement
- Candidates must attain the ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees to be eligible for this post.
- They must have excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills to be considered as an asset for this post.
- Candidates must have proficient computer knowledge such as Word and Excel to be eligible for this post.
- They must be able to maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with all applicable health and sanitation requirements to ensure the store is presentable and that all products are in stock to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must have completed a high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates that have 1 year of Retail Management experience to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
- Candidates must have a valid driver’s license from the province of residence and maintain automobile liability insurance during employment to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants accountable at this post must have the ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting to 50 pounds to be eligible for this post.
