Job Description 

  • Applicants accountable at this post to prepares strategies, work plans, briefing notes, requests for proposals, budgets, council reports, data analysis and presentations.
  • Candidates who applied for this post are also appointed to assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of standards and specifications for program and operational systems.
  • People who applied for this post are accountable for attending and evaluating facilities at both service counters and other sites working at this post.
  • Candidates applied for this post to coordinate the wedding chamber booking/refund process, claims submission, and annual cemetery reporting requirements.
  • They’re also appointed at this post to coordinate records retention policy for Registry Service’s core service lines and the Assessment Roll working at this post.

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must have post-secondary education in a discipline pertinent to the job function, combined with relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience to be eligible for this post.
  • They must attain experience in project coordination and experience addressing a range of operational issues in a customer service environment to be preferred for this post.
  • Applicants must have experience managing a high volume of information and customer service interactions to be eligible for this post.
  • People applying for this post must attain experience in financial analysis, reporting and budget preparation in a large, complex organization to be preferred for this post.
