Job Description

• The candidate will be responsible for operating and setting up machines to perform repetitive machining operations.
• The candidate will be responsible for verifying the dimensions of parts machined with precise measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers.
• The candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• The candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the work area.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be able to handle weight up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate should be reliable.

Work setting

• The candidate must work in a custom machine shop.

Experience and specialization

Equipment and machinery experience

• The candidate must have experience using milling machines and computer numerical control (CNC) machines.

• The candidate should have an eye for details.
• The candidate should be willing to work overtime if necessary.

Own tools/equipment

• The candidate must have tools and steel-toed safety boots.
