Job Description
- The candidate must prepare wills, real estate transactions, and other legal documents, court reports, and affidavits.
- The candidate must handle probate to certify the validity of a will.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must have membership in the Canadian Bar Association.
Work setting
- The candidate must work in a private practice.
Experience and specialization
Area of work experience
- The candidate will be required to have work experience in Civil Litigation.
Valuator specialization
- The candidate must be knowledgeable about Estate planning.
Area of specialization
- The candidate must be familiar with Trust and estate administration.
