Job Description

  • The candidate must manage accounts receivable.
  • The candidate must manage accounts payable.
  • The candidate must prepare bank reconciliations.
  • The candidate must conduct banking transactions.
  • The candidate must prepare payroll.
  • The candidate must invoice clients.
  • The candidate must conduct credit and collections.
  • The candidate must store, update, and retrieve financial data.
  • The candidate will be expected to perform clerical duties such as filing and maintaining record systems.
  • The candidate must perform general office duties.
  • The candidate will be expected to respond to customer complaints or concerns.
  • The candidate must prepare financial statements and reports.
  • The candidate must prepare reports.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate must have a certificate or diploma from a College, CEGEP, or other non-university programme lasting one to two years, or equivalent experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry.

Work setting

  • The candidate will be required to work in the private sector and industry.
  • The candidate’s relocation expenses will not be covered by the employer.

Computer and technology knowledge

  • The candidate must be familiar with Word processing software, Accounting software, Quick Books, Presentation software, Electronic mail, Spreadsheets, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, the Internet, and MS Windows.
