Job Description
- The candidate must harvest crops.
- The candidate must provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting.
- The candidate must perform general farm duties.
- The candidate must write daily basic progress reports.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English or French languages.
- There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
- Candidate having experience is an asset.
Work site environment
- Farm operations include corn farming, livestock combination farming, oilseed farming (excluding soybean), and poultry and egg production.
- The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
- The candidate must work in an environment with a high concentration of odours.
Experience and specialization
Equipment and machinery experience
- The candidate must have experience using an egg-gathering system and a tractor.
Area of work experience
- The candidate must have experience specifically in field crops.
