Job Description 

  • Candidates working in this post are required to provide a safe and positive airport experience for our guests travelling through our airport.
  • They are also required at this post to perform guest service tasks such as processing service fees, issuing tickets, supporting self-serve kiosks, assisting guests with mobility issues, and aircraft arrivals and departures working at this post.
  • Applicants at this post are also required for this post to assist guests with itinerary changes and supporting guests with disrupted flights as well as delayed and damaged baggage working at this post.
  • They’re required at this post to provide a safe and positive airport experience for our guests travelling through our airports working at this post.
  • Applicants are also appointed to follow all procedures to safely perform on time working at this post.
  • Applicants for this post are also required to ensure and uphold exceptional guest service standards working at this post.

Job requirement 

  • Applicants who have applied for this post must be multitaskers, comfortable working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, and work well under pressure to be eligible for this post.
  • Applicants must have the ability to walk long distances, stand for extended periods and be able to lift to 50lbs to get preferred for this post.
  • Applicants must be effective communicators with demonstrated proficiency with computers and recent experience using Windows-based software to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates must have prior experience working in an airline, travel, tourism or hospitality to be eligible for this post.

Work setting 

  • Applicants must attain the ability to work a flexible work schedule to be considered as an asset for this post.
