Job requirement 

  • Candidates at this post must attains post-secondary education in public administration, management or in a professional discipline pertinent to the job function to be eligible for this post.
  • They must have completed a dedicated Masters Degree in a related field to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates at this post must have prior proficiency in the management competencies required of senior managers in the civic service to get preferred for this post.
  •  Applicants must be well-developed verbal and written communication skills with an ability to inspire and motivate staff to get preferred for this post.
  • They must ensure familiarity with Ontario Statutes, including Occupational Health and Safety Act, Health Protection and Promotion Act to be eligible for this post.
