Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for hiring, training, or making arrangements for training cleaning staff.
- The candidate must inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
- The candidate must establish work schedules.
- The candidate must address customer complaints or concerns.
- The candidate will be responsible for training staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
- The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must be able to supervise 3 to 4 people.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising janitors, caretakers, building superintendents, and light duty cleaners.
- The candidate should be client focused.
- The candidate should be dependable.
- The candidate must be flexible.
