Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for estimating project costs and preparing detailed specifications.
- The candidate must manage office or business.
- The candidate will be expected to work with other disciplines.
- The candidate will be responsible for creating interior spaces that reflect the needs and preferences of their clients.
- The candidate must supervise staff or a team.
- The candidate must be able to read drawings, schemas, and blueprints.
- The candidate must provide advice on the selection of colours, finishes and materials, lighting, furniture and other items, while keeping ergonomic standards and occupational health in consideration.
- The candidate must consult with clients to determine needs, preferences, safety requirements, and the purpose of the space.
- The candidate must develop detailed plans and 3-D models showing arrangement of walls, dividers, displays, lighting and other fixtures.
- The candidate must develop detailed drawings, cross sections, elevations, and plans.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
- Candidate having experience is an asset.
