Job Description
- Candidates are appointed to assist team leaders and employees in implementing initiatives to achieve process improvements.
- They’re also appointed to assist the Operation work within the prescribed operational budget by utilizing the appropriate labor mix and processing systems.
- Candidates are also appointed to contribute to the development of the Director’s fiscal year and long-range business plans.
- Candidates are also appointed to assist with the development and implementation of practices to ensure a safe, healthy and respectful work environment.
Job requirement
- Candidates must be proficient computer skills and competent with Microsoft Office programs.
- They must attain proper designation and or certification programs may be required for certain positions.
- Candidates must attain 3 to 5 years of relevant functional experience to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain excellent team building and leadership skills and experience.
