The candidate who got selected will be required to start work as soon as possible. The vacancies refer to Permanent employment or Full time job. The candidate must work on the day shift. Job Description

• The candidate must estimate the time required to complete graphic design and illustration.
• The candidate must adapt existing illustrations.
• The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development of storyboards for electronic productions such as multimedia, interactive, and digital products, as well as television advertisements and productions.
• The candidate must consult with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations in order to meet their communication needs.
• The candidate must develop and produce realistic or representational sketches, as well as final illustrations.
• The candidate must produce 2-D and 3-D animated drawings or computer illustrations.
• The candidate must be able to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
• The candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of production for print, audiovisual, and electronic materials.
• The candidate must consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communication materials.
• The candidate must determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect and the most appropriate vehicle for communication.
• The candidate must develop graphic elements that meet the client’s objectives.
• The candidate must establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers.
• The candidate must prepare sketches, layouts, and graphic elements.
• The candidate must use existing photo and illustration banks, as well as typography guides.
• The candidate will be responsible for processing files and paperwork.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate should be client focused.
• The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• The candidate must be capable of acting on their own initiative.
• The candidate should be a good team player.
• The candidate must be creative.

Work setting

• The candidate must work for a game studio, a graphic design firm, or a private company, corporation, or industry.

Experience and specialization

Computer and technology knowledge

• The candidate must be familiar with Autodesk 3ds Max, Unity3D, Adobe Freehand, Adobe Suite, Autodesk Maya, MS Office, WordPress, Adobe Illustrator, CSS, HTML, XHTML, Adobe Photoshop, Information technology, MS Windows, Adobe Acrobat Reader, MS PowerPoint and Adobe After Effects.
