Job Description
- Candidates working at this post are required to supervise a team of two to six carpenters at this post.
- Applicants for this post are also appointed to coordinate the work schedules of their team including with work of other trades.Candidates for this post are appointed to perform skilled carpentry work and inspect or report on facility defects.They’re required at this post to develop project budget estimates, procure materials, and maintain records working at this post. Applicants at this post are appointed to monitor/report on the work of contractors working at this post. They’re also required at this post to design and work on medium-scale building renovation projects working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have At least 5 years of experience in the carpentry trade in a maintenance shop or field environment to be eligible forThey must have completed At least 2 years of supervisory experience, leading a team of 2 to 6 individuals to be considered as an asset for this post.
- They also require at this post for maintenance of residential and light industrial buildings, preservation & maintenance of historical Applicants at this post are appointed for the maintenance of outdoor structures, and facilities working at this post.
Work setting
- They’re required at this post to work and travel in varied terrain, weather conditions, isolated locations and by various means of transportation, leading work crews working at this post.
