Experience Requirements

Responsibilities

• The candidate should analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
• The contestant must be able to evaluate daily operations
• The candidate must monitor staff performance
• The applicant must supervise staff
• To evaluate a business, the employee should balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The applicant must cost products and services.
• Job seekers will enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
• Job seekers will ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The applicant must negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• The competitor can negotiate with clients for catering or the use of facilities.
