Customer service clerk

Feathered Addictions ( Port Moody, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Customer service clerk. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Permanent employment – Part time leading to full time. Work schedule: Day, Weekend, , 10:00 to 18:00.

Requirements

Languages

• Must be fluent in English.

Education Requirements

• Must have Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• Relevant experience considered in lieu of education.

Experience Requirements

• Requires 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Competently answer written and oral inquiries.
• Proficiently answer inquiries and provide information to customers.
• Proficiently arrange for refunds and credits.
• Ability to issue receipts and other forms.
• Required to perform general office duties.
• Effectively receive payments.
• Ability to sell merchandise.
• Ability to stock shelves and display areas.
• Competently ship orders.
• Ability to order picking.
