- Applicants must have dedicated garden centre experience to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must ensure the flexibility to work a variety of hours including days, evenings and weekends.
- Candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be eligible for this post.

- They must be a self-starter and must attain the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure to get preferred for this post.
